--- What?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!?!!!!!​!--- it's not only science that makes ppl non-believers, it's logic and a desire to think about and explore the infinite possibilities of our lives and the universe, without fear of eternal condemnation. And a realization that as a species("intelligent and advanced" as we are) that no human being, past, present or future... has ever understood, does understand, or will ever understand the "truth".  We can only continue our quest to find ourselves and our place in the universe.
